Middle strong/Senior Full-stack (React, TS, Node.js) developer

We are looking for a Middle strong/Senior Full-stack Developer (React, TypeScript, Node.js) with 4+ years of commercial programming experience to join and strengthen the product team of an established US-based healthcare company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• 4+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
• 4+ years of experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• At least 2+ years of experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day development — this is core to how our teams work
• English: at least Upper-Intermediate (you'll communicate directly with the client)

Nice to have:

• Experience building with AI tools and spec-driven development
• Experience with AI integrations
• Infrastructure as a Service (AWS CDK, Terraform, or an equivalent)
• Experience on healthcare-related projects

PROJECT

Customer: An established healthcare company based in the USA, with ~250 employees across several US offices.

Type: Healthcare / managed services solution.

Product: A web platform that helps coordinate and manage patients across different hospital and provider systems in the US, keeping patient information connected and moving smoothly between those systems.

Market: Healthcare, United States.

Stage: Established company with a growing product — this is a team extension rather than a from-scratch build.

Technical stack: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases.

Work schedule: Full-time; fully remote within Ukraine (Lviv or Kyiv preferred). Because the client team is US-based, expect some later-afternoon/early-evening calls (around 5–6 PM Kyiv time) for collaboration.
